BEKO TECHNOLOGIES – “GD Innovation-Roadmap®”

BEKO TECHNOLOGIES was able to sharpen and define its strategic goals for the future with the help of the structure and methodology of our “GD Innovation-Roadmap®”.

The strategic consulting took place in several stages and workshops over a period of approx. eight months. In different core teams, the different focal points and focus areas of the map were developed in order to obtain a holistic picture of the current corporate positioning and its’ future potential.

The aim of the consultation was to get a holistic overview for strategic goals and decisions, as well as finding a process for handling of innovative fields, future topics and problems.
